Stocklands developed Hawkstowe Park’s entrance statement and stage 1 streetscapes on Plenty Rd, South Morang, Whittlesea, Melbourne, Vic. The Landscape Architects were Edaw Gillespie. The contractors mixed on site, with an imported top soil, Pre wet Hydrocell to 20% by volume using an excavator. This top soil / Hydrocell blend was used for all the Advanced tree plantings, turf establishment and garden beds establishment. The results make the development stand out from the rest along Plenty Rd.
The Entrance Statement consists of a man made steep hill turfed with Tall Fescue Grass.
The entrance Boulevard has many advanced Trees and lush tall fescue grass looking lush all year round.
The Sales Shop front with Garden beds and streetscape all flourish with Hydrocell keeping water in the root zone for longer during summer periods. |
