In 2005 the 15th tee was renovated using Hydrocell to speed up establishment and reduce compaction from wear.
April 2005 Hydrocell is being incorporated at 30% by volume in to the top 100mm of the Tee’s top soil. 1 Bulka Bag covers 33m2 area.
July 2005 the turf was still being grown in while play continued. Nov 2005 the turf now is fully established with the steep sides flourishing as well as the rest of the mounded tee area. |
